Step by stepHow to delete your account.

To permanently delete your Nagi account and all associated data:

1. Open the Nagi app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon on the Chat screen).
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete everything.

That's it. Your account and data are removed immediately, and any remaining copies (including backups) are purged within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

What is removedWhat gets deleted.

Deleting your account permanently erases:

• Your anonymous account and profile (age bracket, sex, region, if provided)
• All mood logs and weekly wellbeing (S8) scores
• Your medication diary and any side-effect notes
• Your full conversation history with Nagi
• Any other data linked to your anonymous ID

Because billing is handled by Google Play, your subscription is managed separately — cancel it any time in the Play Store. Deleting the app's data does not cancel an active subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete your data; use the steps above to erase your data.

Lost access?If you can't open the app.

Because Nagi accounts are anonymous and tied to your device, deletion is normally done in the app. If you no longer have access to your device and need help removing your data, contact us and we'll assist.
